To ensure that we can provide our services to all clients, we require that you give us 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that emergencies happen. However, a rescheduling fee may be applicable in some cases to compensate for lost time. To protect against no-shows or cancellations, we can request that you provide a credit card on file for future transactions and appointment deposits. In the interest of creating a safe and positive environment for all clients and staff, we reserve the right to decline future appointments for clients who pose a risk, display habitual no-shows, repeatedly cancel appointments with less than a 24-hour notice or express dissatisfaction with our services.
